I've been to Las Vegas about 5 times and each time the thought of running a marathon there was probably the farthest thing from my mind. These days however, it seems like the Las Vegas Marathon has become increasingly popular with 27,000 people running it on Sunday. With my partying endurance losing ground to my running endurance there's a good chance that my next trip to the strip will be to run 26.2. I hear it's a flat and fast course with generally good running weather and LOTS of options for post-run celebrations. The only negative is there is good chance you'll wake up on marathon morning with a hangover. Good luck runners!!!
