Haron Lagat (Kenya) and Alemtsehay Misganaw (Ethiopia and pictured above) won the 4.75 mile Manchester Thanksgiving Road Race yesterday in 21min 40sec and 25min 26sec respectively. Here's the STORY and some PICS. Manchester had a record turn out as did Detroit who reported their Turkey Trot race turn out at 14,700 which is a 1/3 more than last years 11,000!
