Runner's can benefit from biking...

Here's the deal. Studies have shown that many runner's neglect their leg muscles because they believe they're getting their leg work in while running (not true!). Stronger legs will make you a better runner. Check out the Tour de France Site or the Amgen Tour of California Site to get psyched. Lance Armstrong twittered today that he was going to ride in the Tour de California again this year.
